1. Business License: The business scope includes the production and processing of hygiene products and wet wipes, and the production address is consistent with the registered address on the license and the actual factory area.
2. Hygiene License for Disinfection Product Production Enterprises (Hygiene and Disinfection Certificate): This is the core certificate for producing hygiene wipes and antibacterial cleaning wipes. The certificate is valid for 4 years and corresponds to one certificate for each factory area. The certificate items must include hygiene categories; If it is just a regular cleaning wet wipe without antibacterial function, the regulatory standards vary in different regions. Before cooperation, it is necessary to confirm the local regulatory requirements in advance to avoid compliance risks.
3. Product testing report: Each wet wipe requires a third-party testing agency to issue a testing report, which includes microbiological, physicochemical, and antibacterial effects (sanitary wet wipes) according to standards such as GB 15979-2024, GB/T 27728, WS 575, etc., as proof of listing, supply, and supermarket storage.
4. Workshop and Environmental Testing Report: Cleanliness and production water testing reports for the production workshop. Wet wipe production workshops generally require a 100000 level clean workshop, with supporting areas for changing clothes, air shower, raw material storage, and finished product sample retention to prevent secondary pollution during the production process.

The brand owner must have a business license; Provide trademark registration certificate/acceptance notice for self owned trademarks; No trademark is allowed to use the factory white label. Both parties shall sign a formal OEM commissioned processing contract, clarifying the labeling method and responsibility division. The label content shall strictly follow the national standard specifications to label the manufacturer, health and consumer certificate number, execution standards, shelf life and other information. Non compliant labels will face market supervision penalties.
Many customers are prone to a misconception: not all wet wipe factories can produce antibacterial sanitary wet wipes, and factories without hygiene and consumer certification cannot produce wet wipes labeled with antibacterial and bactericidal effects.
